Scouts (10.5-14)

Scouts

Scouts are for boys and girls usually aged between 10½ and 14 years old. In certain circumstances, a young person may join the Troop at 10 and stay until they are 14½ years old. The Scout Troop is the third section in the Scout Group, above Beavers and Cubs.

MONDAY SCOUTS

Meet on Mondays from 7:30pm – 9pm at the Scout Hut, or elsewhere for outings/activities.  We’re a very friendly, active troop of boys & girls who enjoy fun activities, camping and adventure. Website – www.scooby.org.uk

FRIDAY SCOUTS

Meet every Friday at 7.30pm. The troop is very strong and we often split into two groups for activities. One section may be at the Scout hut and the other elsewhere. If you would like more information about the Friday Scout Troop please contact: scouts@108thpentlandscoutgroup.org.uk

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
