Friday Scout Programme – 2025

Meeting times are 7.30-9pm in the Scout Hall and 7-8.30pm in Bonaly School except when noted otherwise below.

Please note Scouts don’t need phones at Scouts and we don’t wish to see any phones in use while at Scouts.

For Bonaly School, please use the door into the main hall from Bonaly Grove.

If you cannot make it to a meeting, please let us know before the meeting by emailing:

Please wear scout uniform (shirt and necker) unless told otherwise and bring a full water bottle.  When full uniform is not required, please wear your necker.

Autumn Term 2025

12th December

As – Scout Hall – Xmas Crafts

Bs – George Street – Ice Skating – only if signed up

19th December – Leader night out.  No Scouts.

Winter Term 2026

16th January.

As – Scout Hall – Charity Night and Team Games

Bs – School – Charity Night and Team Games

Camps & Events

2026

31 January – 1 February 2026 – Brass Monkey – Pentland District camp at Bonaly (ideal for more experienced Scouts)

1 – 4 May 2026 – Adventure Camp– Scottish Camp, location tbc, (ideal for more experienced Scouts)

15 – 17 May 2026 – Pentjam ’26 – Pentland District camp at Fordell Firs (perfect for all Scouts)

5 – 7 June 2026 – Greenfield Camp – Just what it says. A camp in a field near Selkirk. No going indoors for the whole weekend!

30 July – 3rd August 2026 – Summer camp. Always a great camp and a good way to end the Summer holidays.

24 July – 4 August 2027 – Haarlem Jamborette – International camp, the Netherlands
